The Easy Way to Pay Super

With our latest release, there is now a Super Easy (groan) way to pay contributions to your employees' superannuation funds. We've partnered with Beam clearing house to bring you the easiest and most streamlined way to do this. And it's included for no additional cost in all our Easy Payslip plans.

With the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House (SBSCH) no longer accepting registrations for new businesses since 1 October (and closing entirely in July next year), it's the perfect time to check out Easy Business App.

Getting Started

Paying super with Easy Business Appis just three simple steps:

1. Go to the Super menu in Easy Business App and click set up.
2. Once setup, select your payslips from the list.
3. Click Pay Super to submit the details and get BPAY instructions.

This launch makes Easy Business App Australia's only end-to-end mobile payroll app. You can complete the entire payroll process, from onboarding to employee setup, to creating and emailing payslips, to lodging STP, to paying super all from any device — mobile, tablet, web. All thanks to our innovative, modern technology platform.

A few important points to note:

• Make sure your Employee details are up to date. Super fund ABNs, USIs (most, but not all funds need one) and Member Numbers need to be included. You can use the Super Fund Lookup to help find any missing super fund details.
• You will be able to pay super for all your payslips with a payment date on or after 1 July, 2025.
• The deadline for Q1 Super Contributions submitted via Easy Business App is 23 October (it takes a few days for the payments to clear and be processed by the funds).

This will help ensure you are Payday Super Ready in time for 1 July, 2026, too.
