You can now edit previously categorised transactions! One of our most-requested features. Just click the Edit button, change whatever you need to and Save. Voila!

See what changed, when and by who. Includes filters for accounting impact and date filters for both doc. date and action date.

Easy Invoicing

Hide Your Address on Quotes & Invoices

Don't want to display your address on your quotes and invoices? You can now hide it with a toggle.

Go to Customise >> Settings to find it.

Plus even more great features:

• The General Ledger Detail report now includes Opening & Closing balances (and a running total). Much more useful!
• Our Categories (chart of accounts) now includes account codes and is significantly more flexible. You can now create more fixed asset accounts and COGS accounts as we've added some missing sub-types.
• You can now add a description to a previously matched Easy Cashflow transaction (just tap on it and click "Add Description").
• Super payment reminders are now sent more frequently (currently days 5, 7 and 9 - we'll tighten this significantly from July 1!) and to all members with the "Receive Payroll Email" toggle in their member profile.
• ...and numerous bug fixes and performance improvements!

We're hard at work on two main areas right now:

1. Changes to support Payday Super. This includes the new Member Verification Request (MVR) service (so member details are verified in advance); direct debit payment support; a better contractor super process and STP changes to support the new legislation.

2. Our new module - Easy Bills. This will launch with proper supplier records (another of our most requested features), before we add bills and bill payment processing early in the new FY.
