Introducing Draft Payruns and Payslip Editing

This is an exciting one — we've added payslip editing and draft payruns to Easy Business App! 🎉

Payslip editing was one of our most requested features of all time, so we're really delighted to launch it.

This has a small impact in how you create your payslips, but comes with a number of massive advantages:

• Fewer clicks = faster payruns
• Email sending now separated from payslip saving
• Make tweaks to your payslips, then save, send and lodge when you're ready
• Fix mistakes without having to delete and re-create — even if you've already lodged STP

As usual, we've done lots of clever technical work behind the scenes, especially with regards to Single Touch Payroll (STP).

What this means is that you can edit payslips even if you've already lodged STP; when you submit STP again we send the right message (an UPDATE) message to the ATO auto-magically. Hooray!
